The View D allows users to toggle between regular 2D viewing or 3D viewing. The phone also has a feature that allows users to remotely delete data on their phone in case it gets misplaced or stolen.
According to a report by Hindustan Times, Spice expects to sell at least 20,000 to 30,000 phones every month.
On a personal note, I haven't been the biggest fan of 3D and honestly, I don't see how to 3D content on a 2.4-inch display makes sense, especially at that price-point. Yes, the Nintendo 3DS has a 3.5-inch display capable of displaying 3D without glasses but its launch price is going to be close to the Rs. 15,000 mark, a cool Rs. 10,000 more than the Spice phone.
